How ImageTwinFinder is designed to handle local files, website activity, purchases and licensing.
Draft for commercial review. ImageTwinFinder is developed by DIPEC. Duplicate scanning, cleanup review and backup comparison are designed to operate on the user's Windows system. File contents are not intended to be uploaded to ImageTwinFinder servers unless a future feature clearly says so and the user chooses it.
The website and licensing service may process normal server logs, download requests, support messages, purchase records, license identifiers and device/activation information needed to provide the service.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal. ImageTwinFinder.com does not need to store raw payment-card details.
Duplicate detection, Junk Cleaner review, USB-drive scanning and Backup Verification are intended to analyze files locally. Locked/live files may be skipped for safety.

For automatic license fulfillment, the licensing service may process the purchase email, PayPal transaction identifiers, selected license plan, license status, and device activation identifiers needed to enforce device limits.
