Quick start

  1. Install ImageTwinFinder.
  2. Choose one or more folders.
  3. Select Documents, Images and/or Videos.
  4. Choose a batch size.
  5. Use Exact mode for identical content, or Similar mode for visually related images.
  6. Review duplicate groups and select which copies to remove.
  7. Use Recycle Selected for the safest cleanup.

Frequently asked questions

Does ImageTwinFinder compare file names?

No. Exact mode compares file content, so differently named copies can still be found.

Can it find the same photo saved as a different format?

Image similarity mode is designed for visually similar images, including many resized, rotated and recompressed copies.

Is deletion permanent?

Recycle Bin cleanup is the recommended default. Permanent deletion should only be used deliberately after review.

Do paid plans expire?

Pro Lifetime and Business Lifetime are one-time license purchases for the licensed version family, subject to the license terms.

Can I use it at work?

The Business Lifetime plan is intended for commercial use.
